This is a digital image of a my actual Shibori work. Shibori is a traditional Japanese tie dye technique made through folding, tying and binding the fabric. The white parts are from the resist that naturally occurs from the binding. Indigo is a pigment dye that oxidizes and is truly magical. You can zoom in to see all the details that come from a hand dyed piece of fabric. This pattern is a geometric zig zag pattern that reminds me of a geode or agate.
With your purchase you get two files: one zoomed out shot straight ahead and one close up.
